Aashroy provides housing societies with tools for management, administration, billing, and communication. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice to the user.
You agree to use Aashroy only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic material.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
If you utilize Aashroy for financial transactions or bill payments, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charges. We are not responsible for errors made by your banking institution or the payment gateway provider.
Aashroy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
